Hello, Would like to know- Since how many days is child having these symptoms? Which antibiotics are started? Is the stomach pain after starting the antibiotics? Solvin cold syrup can be continued for cold. It's not a preferred practice to start antibiotics without fever or pediatrician's advice. For stomach ache, you may start her on Cyclopam and maybe a prebiotic such as econom sachet.
Next Steps
if symptoms continue or worsen, see your child's pediatrician
