Cold nose block head ache
My sister is having cold runny nose and blocked nose which nasal inhaler stick is best to use for this condition she never took any tablet for this she has head ache also please suggest some home remedies for this

She could use cetrizine 10 mg once daily, paracetamol 650mg 6-8 hourly and xylometazoline nasal spray 3 times daily for not more than 3 to 4 days. At home she could use steam inhalation , sipping warm water.

Steam inhalation thrice daily for at least 5 minutes at a time will help clear the nose.nasal salibe drops as and when needed will also help.rest and lots of fluids also needed for faster recovery. She may need antihistaminics if home remedies dont work.
