  4. Cold ears, elbows, feet. Please suggest.

Cold ears, elbows, feet
My ears, elbows, feet get cold very soon so much so that i most of the time have to cover my ears. If i dont i start sneezing. I don't even prefer fan while others can't do without it. Please suggest.
