common cold is usually caused by a viral infection, you don’t require neither sinarest which is anti allergic medication, and antibiotics are to kill bacteria’s not virus, so none of those medications are useful in your case, rather they can cause your more damage by causing side effects. You can take paracetamol 4 doses every 6 hourly but check temperature before the dose, if oral temperature 100 or more only then take it, other wise rest, adequate hydration and nutrition, steam inhalation, gargling would be more than enough.
Health Tips
Kindly understand when you have to get a haircut you will not go to a tailor but a hair stylist, in the same way when you have any health issue you go to a doctor not to a pharmacist, more over in India probably only very few pharmacists are genuinely qualified whereas others do not even know the proper names of the medication. So for your safety kindly understand what I said.
