  4. Cold and fever. And prolong rest?

Is it okay to feel weakness and fatigue ,chest pain after the infection? I have been on rest for 9 days in which i take antibiotics and paracetamol prescribed by doctor..should i need more rest?moreover i feel pain in right side of chest and back too...sometimes in left..is it something serious or after effects of infection and prolong rest?
