  4. Cold and cough. And cough in long run?

Cold and cough
My baby is 10 months old from past 2 months she is having on and off cold and cough... coz of pune weather... I gave her maxtra for 3 days but it still got worse... What should i do ? Can i try homeopathy for precautionary thing to build her immunity and to avoid cold and cough in long run ?
