Cetirizine is safe in pregnancy. You can also take paracetamol tablet for headache(also safe). Drink plenty of fluids. If not better in a couple of days, contact me on practo

U can take at low dose….better i suggest is non pharmaceutical care like…salt water gargle and hot water Bcz u can’t jeopardise baby’s health by repeatedly taking medicine for conditions which can be cured by simple house hold measures
