Cold after fever
My 9 month old son weighing 8.6 kg had mundan sanskaar on Sunday . After mundan he caught by fever with no  other symptoms , so we started ibugeic plus and since today morning he became annoyed crying shouting and not much playing only eat semi food and breastmilk and if left to play , started crying annoyed. And he now his runny nose started. Actually from past two days we have to stay hospital due to delivery of my sister's inlaw. So he hasbeen there . So now what medicine should I give today is 5th day of ibugesic plus. Can I give cefixime dry syrup And solving cold.
