Cold abscess
CT Scan revealed cold abscess on right axilla. There is large swelling and inflammation. FNAC suggests lipoma. What should be the correct treatment.

In a cold abscess usually there wont be any inflammation...So its better u do an usg of axilla also and correlate t with the ct finding and simultaneously do an usg guided fnac...
