Cluster of small bumps on forearm n hand

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi I been having these small non itchy bumps on my forearms and top of hands for almost a week and it has gotten worse. I just noticed a few tiny red dots on my feet. I really need help trying to figure out how to get rid of it and what caused it. I’m not sure if it’s a body wash I started using a month ago or lotion. I’m just hoping it’s nothing serious.
