Clenil compositum dosage

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My 8 months daughter is suffering from fever & cough, doctor recommended to nebulize with 0.2 ml clenil compositum and 1ml norsaline. But clenil compositum was wrongly added in the quantity of 2ml with 1 ml of norsaline, half quantity was used in about 5 minutes then I stopped nebulizing. Is there any side effect of over dosage ???
