32 years male patient present with complaints of pain right gluteal region 5 years.the patient was apparently alright five years back then he developed pain on and of for five years,aggravated for the past 20 years.pain insidious in onset,dull aching in nature,aggravated by walking ,relived but taking rest,history of fever for 10 days on and off .no history of loss of appetite.no history of difficulty in walking.no history of early morning stiffness.diabetes patient and he is on regular treatment.patient under cholecystectomy.
