TREATMENT FOR CHRONIC OSTEOMYELITIS

Asked for Male, 57 Years

Doctor my brother's left leg got injured in an accident and he had a leg surgery and fixed plates. After surgery he got severe pain and he was not cured and he went for a second surgery and removed the plate from his leg. But now his wounds are not healing and in MRI scan the report says chronic osteomyelitis. What is the treatment for infection
