Chrohn's disease
Suffering from chrohn's disease from past 11 years.In 2006 underwent colostomy surgery as colon was perfocated during colonoscopy.And again had multi-appcess,dvt and cataract surgery to one eye in span of 5 years.Also took 3 units of remicade injection in 2011.Earlier was taking steriods also few years.At present taking the above medicine and having few thicking in small and large intestine.In spite of showing to top doctors in bangalore and taking best prescibed medicines from past 11 years, my disease has not come to control nor my height and weight has not increased from past 11 years.At present i am not able to eat food properly,as i am feeling full after eating little and also feels like vomiting and gas formation.Also not able to pass stools on one go and passing frequently 6-7 times after eating and sometimes loose stools.Having joint pain espically in both knee and feeling very tired from inside and having frequent fever sometimes.I am completely depressed as how to proceed nex

This is typical presentation if crohn s disease.  There will be a period of relapse and remission.  There are lot of advancement happened in treatment.  This should be tailored according to individual presentation.
