I am on ayurvedic medicine of Ashwakalpa vati 2 tab before meals, 2 tab Triphala gugul after meals and 30 ml two times Abhayrishta after meal.
Now as my triglycerides level is 265 dats why I do take Roseday 10 for long .
Can I consume Roseday 10 after an hour of having Abhayrishta at night ?
