I have taken lipid profile test .. it states serum cholesterol 249 , serum triglycerides 108 , HDL 44 , LDL 183 , VLDL 22.. ( mgs/dl) Please advice me on this ..

Hi I had gone through your lipid profile values serum cholesterol is bit high hdl is low and triglycerides level is bit high. You didn't mention your weight height and also the reason for you to do lipid profile. You also didn't mention about any associated symptoms or health issues if any.
