Cholesterol levels
My LDL cholesterol is 58 mg/dl, triglycerides is 325 mg/dl and VLDL cholesterol is 64.92 mg/dl. Sir my query is that in this case what diet should I take?? And what should I avoid? Please help. Thank you.
