My test reports
Hello Doctor, I have received my lipid profile report. Total cholesterol is 207 mg/dL, LDL 132.7 mg/dL, HDL 48.1 mg/dL, and Triglycerides 130.8 mg/dL. Please advise if these are normal for me and whether I need any treatment or lifestyle changes.

Looking at yr age i would recommend u to go for life style modifications like diet exercise and proper sleep . Cut down on oil fried stuffs , high carbs . 30-45 min walk , more of fruits and vegetables. Check yr lipids again after 3 months and then review again
