My 2 years old son has stones (or salt i do nit kniw how it is called) i penis. top of the penis is little reddened. we did chamile baths but do not help much. what is general treatment for it? is it common to manually clean it by doctor?

It is called smegma and need to be cleaned by Mom or Grand mom , later on when child grows up , he need to be trained to clean every day during bathing
