My child is having infection/allergy type at back side of her head. Its been 1 months. It sometime recover by again develop. Used sertaconazole but not much effective.
Is it allergy or fungus and what can be treatment?

It's fungal infection. Need oral antifungal therapy also for a period of 4-6wks.it can result in scarring, so need to be treated as early as possible. Pls do a direct online consultation with a dermatologist.
