You could give her a single dose of Susp Zentel 10ml once at bedtime. Repeat dose once every 6 months. Also you can start her on iron therapy. Give Syp Orofer XT 2.5ml twice daily for 3 months. Her appetite will improve.

The worms medicine you are referring to is called albendazole. It should be regularly given every 6 months so the intestines are clear of worms. In your situation give syrup zental 5ml after dinner one time.
