My 2 year old son has 102 fever, cough, and loss of appetite even after 5 days of medication. His illness is not getting any better.

If fever is continuously occurring for more than 5 days,it needs to be evaluated by investigations.
Plz consult your paediatrician for the same.
Till then,give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
