Press the point from where the pain coming
If it increases or there is swelling or change in colour or history of lifting heavy weight then u have to take analgesic like tab dolo 500 mg as required.
Take above medicine with tab pan -40 .
If it is associated with left hand tingling sensation
And if your Blood pressure is abnormal and if you are in anxiety then u have to take ECG done
