Chest pains/ headache
Thursday evening I had chest pain accompanied with chills and a fever. Following work the next day I went to the hospital as I had almost unbearable chest pain. The doctor said I have pneumonia and prescribed me naproxen and doxyclicline. I'm on my third day with the antibiotics and I feel no flu symptoms, only intense chest throat and head pains until the naproxen kicks in. Does this sound right? Once the naproxen kicks in I feel completely normal. How long will I be contagious to others?
