Chest pain while deep thinking
Felt pain in chest, left arm hence did ECG, which was normal, also did TMT which was negative. Still facing the same problem. The pain lasts for 4-5 seconds. Is this due to anxiety?

Hello, Our body processes emotions not only in the mind but also in the body. This means, there could be some stuck feelings or thoughts that are showing up through the pain in chest and left arm, and an unresolved conflict/crisis on an emotional level. Chances are you maybe unconsciously denying/escaping or not able to express yourself openly, that may in turn keep you in anxious feeling states. The reason why it’s not showing up in the tests is because there is no physical cause of the said problem.
