Chest pain, left arm pain

Asked for Female, 18 Years

I'm having continuous suicidal thoughts. I'm mentally and physically exhausted. I'm having severe chest pain and left arm pain but my doctor says this is happening just because of anxiety. I want to kill myself but can't as I can't punish my mom. My parents won't take me to a psychiatrist.
