Asked for Male, 20 Years

I am suffering from anxiety disorder since last 2.5 months and is taking medication for the same. Sometimes there is pain in my left chest below the left armpit. This makes me anxious and I think it to be a heart attack. Is it normal? Can I have heart problems? My blood tests, ecg and chest x-ray all are normal. Also suffering from this disorder I became health conscious. I sometimes feels that I will die any time but I want to live.

Sometimes panic attacks can make you feel this way. Could you mention what medications u might be taking? Also, along with medications you might try individual therapy where you can learn about progressive relaxation and mindfulness to be able to handle your anxiety better. PS: meds prescribed for anxiety takes at least 2-4 weeks to show it's effects, sometimes UpTo 3 months for you to find any difference.
