Pain is due muscle spasms if it is in back and neck . Chest pain when swallowing due to acidity or easophageal ulcer or muscle spasm . It’s not major problem no need to worry.

It could be due to acidity also.please start tab rabefast XL before breakfast and before dinner for a week.consult a cardiologist for further management. If the difficultu in breathing is increading on climbing steps, walking ,lifting weight or just a brisk walk..its high time you see a cardiologist. Sometimes the findings are not present in ECG.
