Chest cough and night sweats after flu

Asked for Female, 32 Years

I had a chest cough develop where the mucus phlegm is clear and then had a fever two days ago that broke yesterday morning. I also had diarrhea two mornings ago. Now I am having excessive night sweating and chest cough is still there. Should I go see a doctor or let my body work it out?
