Chest,arm and neck pain
Have chest ,arm and neck pain in the left side since a month ,have done ECG ,Eco cardio,x-ray and CT scan every thing appears normal please suggest

Good that you have ruled out Cardiovascular  causes originating from the heart per say. Now the next step would be to undergo a Physical examination test, specially for your cervical and upper thoracic spine as  the symptoms your are presenting are pointing towards a central origin. Take care👍

Muscle strain can be the probable cause. Postural correction advised. Stretching n strengthening exercises of upper limb n back will be helpful. Consult online for assessment n treatment
