Chest and left arm pain
Hi, I have this chest pain and tightness since 20 days. Whenever i wake up in the morning the chest and shoulder area is sore and painful. Whenever i bend, move, twist, turn, cough and stretch, it pains more. I also have left arm and shoulder pain since 2 days. Due to no OPD because of lockdown can't even get ECG and Echo test done. It's very unsettling. Can you help me? I am afraid what if it's heart related.

Hello, your pain is very less likely related to heart. It looks more of musculoskeletal origin. It should settle down with anti inflammatory medications and rest to that muscle. If you have any doubts you can consult directly online
