Chest and abdomen pain

Asked for Female, 54 Years

I am 54 years old woman , I’ve been feeling massive pain in chest in abdomen for last 3 days . I’ve done blood, stool and urine tests and all results was normal except ESR which was 90 in first hour and over 100 in second hour . I already have high blood pressure , diabetes and hemorrhoids. What is the possible diagnosis for my case ?

Get an ECG done also consider TMT(stress test).You might ve suffering from gastritis also.But rule out any possible heart condition. Get a cardiologist opinion.
