Having cervical and back stiffness from long time . When I try to ease the stiffness i feel like dizziness and vertigo.
I can do normal works easily but sometimes it's very difficult because of neck and back stiffness. Due to this I am not doing any physical activity from 3 years. Became fat and very lazy.
I want to do some physical exercise and gym. How can I relieve from this issue and start my workout again. Please guide.

You should get it assessed by a physiotherapist near you. The dizziness and vertigo and the stiffness all could be due to underlying muscle stiffness and it's better to have the ranges and tightness assessed and then start effective treatment. I'd recommend you see a professional before starting gym on your own so that you avoid aggravating anything further.

My Experience is dizziness and vertigo, especially with neck movement; you must avoid sudden or extreme neck positions. Get medical clearance from a spine specialist or neurologist before starting workouts.
Next Steps
Vestibular physiotherapy may help with your dizziness, especially if it’s related to BPPV or cervicogenic causes.
Health Tips
Avoid heavy lifting initially. Focus on form and posture during all exercises. Use machines rather than free weights early on. Avoid overhead lifting and neck hyperextension.
-Maintain proper desk posture if working long hours.
-Use a supportive pillow for sleep.
