Whether ur spine is readily to take loads and all the exercises should be pain free
Hello sir
I would suggest you to stop pull ups and back strengthening equipment in your gym practice and maintain proper posture .
Avoid long screen time and do neck extension exercise-10 reps for every 2 hrs and make a use of pillow while sleeping.
Loop warm fermentation for severe pain is encouraged.
Avoid aggravating movements.
Also go for cat and camel exercises.-10 reps twice a day.
Thank you
Hi I would not recommend you to do gym in such a situation. There are multiple disc buldges, you should first go for strengthening of the back muscles and the core muscles instead of lifting heavy weights at the gym or doing any high intensity exercises
Next Steps
Emphasis more on the exercise therapy
Health Tips
Avoid lifting heavy weights n forward bending should be avoided
The MRI findings show multiple disc bulges but with no significant compression. With age there can be eventual changes. However, you can continue gymming but do the weight training in moderation.
Avoid heavy sets. Emphasis more on core and spine complex as well as spinal mobility exercises rather than heavy weight training.
Ensure proper form while performing exercises for other body parts.
Make sure that adequate time has to be given for stretching as the muscles have to be lengthened back to its normal state after weight training.
Alternative to run can go for Cross trainer or static cycle which to ensures good cardio and will reduce the impact or friction to joints.
Next Steps
In case of pain post workout apply ice pack for 10-15mins
Health Tips
Avoid heavy weight sets. Consult for proper assessment and guidance.
First reduce the bulges and pain then you can start the gym.
consult in person with nearby physiotherapist and take proper treatment.
Maintain proper posture.
You have disc bulges at multiple levels, if disc slips more then it can lead to further damage to spinal cord.
I would suggest you to work on your core strengthening, spinal muscle strengthening and posture correction and then resume to gym workout.
Next Steps
Get yearly tests to keep a check on your spine and bone strength condition.
first of all, don't take an MRI without pain or symptoms it will lead to pain psychologically
most of the people will have the disc bulges due to their lifestyle and physical activities
if you do not have pain or difficulties you can start the stretching and spinal mobility and strengthening exercises with guidance
