Hello. As you are dealing with long-standing cervical/lumbar spine issues since 2015 with recent worsening symptoms like sciatica, hand pain, neck spasm, and L4-L5 disc bulge, it would not be appropriate to suggest treatment without a detailed case evaluation first. Such complaints need proper case taking including pain pattern, numbness/tingling, weakness, walking difficulty, aggravating factors, sleep posture, previous MRI reports, current medicines, and overall health history before planning management.
Next Steps
1.Consult with your recent MRI/X-ray reports and previous prescriptions 2.Get a detailed clinical examination to assess nerve involvement and severity 3.Review vitamin D, B12, calcium, sugar levels if not checked recently 4.Share exact symptoms such as numbness, weakness, burning pain, stiffness, and duration
Health Tips
1.Avoid prolonged sitting and sudden bending/lifting 2.Maintain correct neck and back posture 3.Use firm mattress and proper pillow height 4.Take short walks and gentle movement as tolerated 5.Avoid jerky neck movements You may consult for a detailed assessment and case taking so the root cause can be understood and a suitable management plan can be guided. If there is sudden weakness in limbs, loss of bladder/bowel control, severe numbness, or unbearable pain, seek urgent medical attention immediately.

It seems to be neuromuscular changes leading to lumbosacral spondylitis. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated and can affect your daily life. It can be well treated with homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. You need an expert Homeopathic physician who is good at neurological disorders.
Next Steps

You’ve been dealing with this for many years, and the pattern you describe—low-back pain with left-sided sciatica, neck spasm, and a confirmed L4–L5 disc bulge—fits a chronic spine/nerve irritation picture, most commonly related to Lumbar disc herniation. The good news is that many patients improve with a structured, non-surgical plan if there are no red-flag symptoms. Start with daily spine-friendly activity—avoid prolonged sitting, use a firm chair with back support, and take short walks 2–3 times a day. Begin gentle exercises under guidance of a physiotherapist: core-strengthening, hamstring stretches, and McKenzie extension exercises for the lower back; plus neck isometrics for spasm. Apply hot fomentation to the lower back/neck for 15–20 minutes twice daily. Maintain optimal weight and ensure good sleep posture (side-lying with a pillow between knees, or on your back with a small pillow under knees). Pain & nerve care: If pain is significant, short courses of pain relief/anti-inflammatory medication and muscle relaxants (as advised by a doctor) can help you get started with physiotherapy. Vitamin B12 and D levels are worth checking in your age group. If symptoms persist, options like nerve blocks or epidural injections may be considered by a spine specialist. Homeopathy support: Homeopathy can be used alongside this plan to help reduce nerve pain, stiffness, and recurrence tendency, but it should be individualized (based on your exact pain pattern, modalities, and general health). Many chronic cases like yours benefit when the remedy is correctly matched. When to seek urgent care: Increasing weakness in leg/hand Loss of bladder or bowel control Severe, unrelenting night pain These need immediate evaluation. If you’d like, you can share more details (exact nature of pain—burning, shooting, better/worse by movement, sleep pattern, other health issues), and I can guide you with a more precise homeopathic plan along with your current treatment. please check our google reviews for similar complaints for back pain. Hello, Based on your history and symptoms, it appears you are dealing with a combination of cervical spondylosis and lumbar disc pathology (L4–L5), which is leading to nerve involvement..hence the sciatica and left-sided symptoms. At your age and with a long-standing history (since 2015), the focus should be on comprehensive management rather than only symptomatic relief. Here’s what I would suggest: 1. Detailed Evaluation * If not done recently, consider updated MRI of both cervical and lumbar spine. * Neurological assessment is important due to radiating pain (sciatica, hand pain). 2. Lifestyle & Posture Correction * Avoid prolonged sitting and forward neck posture. * Use a firm mattress and proper neck support pillow. * Gentle daily movement is better than complete rest. 3. Physiotherapy * Regular guided exercises for spine stabilization. * Focus on strengthening neck, core, and lower back muscles. * Sciatic nerve stretching exercises can help relieve leg pain. 4. Pain & Spasm Management * Hot fomentation for neck and lower back stiffness. * Avoid sudden movements or lifting heavy weights. 5. Homoeopathic Management * Homoeopathy can be beneficial in reducing inflammation, nerve irritation, and muscle spasm. * Remedy selection depends on your exact symptom pattern, modalities (what worsens/relieves), and overall constitution, so individualized treatment is important. 6. When to Seek Immediate Care * Increasing weakness in limbs * Loss of bladder/bowel control * Severe, unbearable pain With a structured and consistent approach, your symptoms can be managed effectively and progression can be slowed.

Your symptoms suggest degenerative spine changes with nerve irritation (cervical + lumbar), which is why you’re getting sciatica, hand pain and neck, back spasm. What helps in most cases: 1 Regular physiotherapy (very important) nerve stretching & strengthening 2 Avoid long sitting, bending and sudden movements 3 Use firm mattress and proper neck support 4 Hot fomentation for pain/spasm 5 Keep weight under control Homeopathic medicines help with symptom relief, but it works best when combined with proper exercises and posture care for lasting results. When to be careful If you develop increasing weakness, numbness or difficulty in walking or hand grip, get reviewed urgently. This is usually manageable without surgery in most cases, but needs consistent care, not just medicines.
