Cervical spondylitis!!!
Around 6 momths back i had an tremendous pain in back of my head and also numbness in my hand along with tingling sensation in my hands so i consulted a  Orthopaedic is suggested me to undergo Physiotherapy as after examining me she found out that I am having cervical Spondylitis so I underwent 12 sessions of physiotherapy but recently the pain has again aggravated so please suggest

Cervical spondylitis is usually seen along with muscular imbalances/weakness of the neck and shoulder blade muscles. If you maintain a poor posture, this pain can be recurring and become a chronic issue. I would suggest you see a physiotherapist practicing manual therapy and follow up with your exercises even when out of pain for atleast 3 months to avoid recurrence

Take same medications & physiotherapy as you had got relief last time. So u will get relief this time also.
