Hi, I have lot of pain in my neck in left side . And it's so much heaviness I feel around my neck. While turn the neck, not easy and so much pain. Can you please suggest any thing.

Neck pain at your age group is due to posture problems or early wear and tear due to cervical spondylosis. To start with take some painkillers like trazodac which contains both paracetamol and tramadol. 3 times a day. Some rest and try to sit straight while in front of computer. Once pain subsides meet a physiotherapist. If no relief even after 2 to 3 weeks meet a orthopaedician
