In my clinical experience, your symptoms do look like spondylosis...As you r so young, mainly your prolong sitting and wrong neck posture can be a cause. So u need to learn the correct posture for sitting/standing and even lying down. U can also do some self massage at the side of Ur neck (both sides) specially for the muscles coming behind your ear to the front of the neck, do some chin retraction as a regular exercise and nerve glide exercise for your arm/hand numbness.
Next Steps
Visit a good Physiotherapist near Ur area.
Health Tips
Avoid prolong looking down at your phone/laptop. Keep moving at regular intervals
Use moist heat first after do isometric exercise of neck nd gentle upper limb strech like clasp ur finger together nd move it to over head
Next Steps
get x-ray done for the proper diagnosis
Health Tips
Avoid pillow, avoid neck down activity such as reading, watching.use ur finger tips to do massage at th back of ur neck it will help to reduce ur headache
Get an x ray done first . We need the diagnosis before starting treatment right.

Also avoid faulty posture while sitting, sleeping.
