Cervical pain
Hello, Since months i am having pain back of my neck with headache the pain comes down to shoulder and sometimes i feel numbness in my hand. Sometimes middle of spine also pains and below. So is it a symptoms of spondylisis. And do spondylisis cause chest pain. And how it can be cured.

Its too early  at your  age for cervical  spondylosis pain  might be  due to  wrong  posture or continuous pressure on neck

In my clinical experience, your symptoms do look like spondylosis...As you r so young, mainly your prolong sitting and wrong neck posture can be a cause. So u need to learn the correct posture for sitting/standing and even lying down. U can also do some self massage at the side of Ur neck (both sides) specially for the muscles coming behind your ear to the front of the neck, do some chin retraction as a regular exercise and nerve glide exercise for your arm/hand numbness.

Use moist heat first after do isometric exercise of neck nd gentle upper limb strech like clasp ur finger together nd move it to over head
