The CBC shows low Hemoglobin level mam.. it could be because of iron deficiency because that is the most common in Indian women! ... U could try iron rich food and iron supplements. But fever needs to be assessed. It could be viral fever. Consult online for more detailed discussion and a proper treatment plan

You maybe suffering from dengue fever kindly get dengue NS1Ag test done, or if your fever is more than 5days get dengue profile done and repeat your CBP, as of now you just do cold sponging for fever if you want to take any proper medication kindly consult now so that i can take detail history and i can provide you with appropriate medications through prescription
