Hi sir, these days everyone are scared of the disease cancer . In general , any mutagenic change caused by constant irritation to ur body can lead to cancer. Tooth decay or cavity can never lead to it .
But if there sharp margins created by the cavity and if it creates wound or ulcer and which does not heal and stays for months .This irritation might lead to such disease . Hope ur getting it
