Pain in cavity, can you please tell some remedy. It's paining alot as the old filling is removed. please help me out

the inner part of tooth called dentin may be exposed or the tooth is entirely infected , u may just need refilling or in whole tooth  is infected the it has to undergo root canal . take pain killer . tablet divon plus two times a day . visit the dentist for the treatment

Hello mam....        The pain is due to deep infection in the cavity which means it reaches the nerve layer(pulp layer)       First and foremost is to take an x-ray (IOPA)to rule out the exact cause       If pain is persisting continuously an Root canal treatment procedure can be done        Root canal treatment starts from 3500/-       T.ketarol DT for instant pain relief

Get an X-ray done. The cavity may be very deep and may involve the nerve. You might need a root canal treatment in that tooth
