Cavity in the wisdom teet
I had a cavity in the wisdom teeth and I got it filled with ceramic 7-8 yrs ago. Unfortunately the filling came out 7-8 months ago and cavity has increased. And mouth skin is getting inside the cavity and getting a patch on the mouth skin due to cavity. Wanted to know if cavity can be refilled or teeth need to be removed. Regards, Vinod

Need to see the condition of the tooth. If you want to save it and if the cavity is not deep can go for filling. And if it's deep we can do the other option like RCT n capping later. But for wisdom tooth doing rct n capping better do extraction. It doesn't have much function and nothing will happen after removal.

Get xray done. On basis of that your dentist will decide the treatment. In my opinion tooth removal is better
