Cavities in 4 teeth
Hello Doctor, my son is 7.5 yrs old and he is having cavities in 4 of his baby teeth. Two days back he reported a pain in his teeth and then we gave him ibuprofen as a pain killer. He is better now but I am wondering if we need to get him treated or wait for his baby teeth to go away. Looking forward to genuine advice as treatment looks scary to me. Thanks in advance, Manpreet

Hi Manpreet Plz get your son oral hygiene checked.  Milk teeth fall at different ages so we have to protect the tooth till that age to allow proper formation and eruption of teeth.

U should see a dentist immediately. Its true that baby teeth will fall but still if there is an infection in the baby tooth, it can be transferred to permanent tooth coming beneath the baby tooth.  So please consult a dentist immediately.
