Hello..I have been catastrophising lately..its been 6 months..initially it was around me.
I had a fear of doing something jerky
like falling of the building accidently and of that sort..my hubby fell off from the cycle 3 months ago and underwent 2 surgeries and got his radial head replaced..since then I have been imagining accidents.may be imagining is not the right word..when I am in the car..I am feeling edgy as if some thing is gonna crash on us..please advise some mental therapy to get out of this.

Dear mam
I can imagine it must be quite distressing for you.
Persistent negetive thoughts, fear that something bad might happen, feeling restless and on the edge most of the time can occur in mental health problems like depression or anxiety. Please see a psychiatrist for a detailed evaluation to understand what is causing these symptoms.treatment depends on the outcome of assessment and usually consists of medications as well as psychological therapy. Apart from this, you will benefit from regular exercise, meditation and yoga.
Please do not hesitate to seek professional help.
Thanks
Regards
