I am having upper back pain and chest tightness and centre chest pain for 7 months, consulted ortho doctor they said pain is bcaz muscle spasm and poor posture, after doing physio also not getting proper relevance.
Consulted cardiologist for heart validation he askd to do some test like ecg, echo, tmt and chest xray with blood test, except borderline cholestrol and BP all the test comes out normal.
Taking pills for BP (Prolomet xl 25 ml)and low Vit D (d rise 60k).
I am having the habit of checking symptoms in Google constantly ( eg, heart, anxiety, depression, ortho) .
Use to see all the reviews regarding heart issues.
Loosing happiness, hope and everything.
All the time living with constant fear of heart attack.
After taking 2nd opinion from one more cardio doctor also not believing the outcome.
Don't know what to do to come out from this issue.

Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure this is tough for you. It looks like you’re living in perpetual fear of death or in anticipation of some or the other disease. The subconscious mind is triggered and the fear of death and other fears are getting triggered because of which your mental health has gone for a toss. We will have to create a safe space for you where we can release these emotional fears from the subconscious mind and then slowly move you into a place of healing. Once the fears are released the tendency towards checking up google and matching symptoms of disease with your bodily sensations and having multiple medications will fall down because the fear that is activating the self protection mechanism is something that will be reduced and eliminated. You’re brave and fine. Stay

Hi... This is a typical case of health anxiety. The treatment involves a combination of medication and/or psychotherapy. Duration of treatment stretch from 4–6 months to 1—2 years with weekly counselling sessions. Recovery in most cases is above 95% but the recovery process may vary from case to basis. So please find a good Psychologist and a Psychiatrist and be committed to your treatment. Switching your doctors/treatment frequently or searching about it online is only going to increase your frustration. Mental health issues have mental health treatment. Poor approach towards one's own treatment/recovery is certainly incurable.
