Usually gym is very healthy and everyone advice to do gym .. it also gives strength and keeps away from health issues ... moreover cardio equipment is specifically designed to maintain good heart rate and health... Usually we hear that the people who have done greater exercise through our life, live more longer because of strength they gained from it .. So my question is why these days many people are dying from heart attack ? That too the people who regularly exercise and main utmost health... where the problem is coming from ? In such instance, is it bad to do gym ?
