Dear friend, your diet lacks in protein sources.your bmi is coming as 24 if your weight and height given is correct.so you are only 2 to 3 kgs away from your ideal weight.dont worry. Even if you are looking for a balanced diet or for weight loss, protein is really essential for you. If you are a vegetarian you can add pulses, paneer, soya etc.and if you are a non vegetarian you can add chicken, fish, egg etc. And the quantity of food that you eat also matters... Consumption of fruits like banana, mangoes etc should be decreased, while berries, orange, watermelon etc are a better alternative. Nuts like peanut, cashew, pista are great. But quantifying everything you eat matters most.avoid carbohydrates as much as you can. If you are serious in diet,u can buy a kitchen weighing scale for exact measurement of food. For cooking oil as you asked, olive oil(expensive) or sunflower oil will be good.If you need a detailed diet chart or regarding nutrition and gym excercises you can consult me. Always happy to help.
