I understand your difficulty. Even though it might seem impossible to get past this, there is a definitive way out. What you are experiencing seems like Illness anxiety and phobia. In order to alleviate the stress and improve your quality of life at the moment, I suggest psychopharmacotherapy.
It would help if you start taking some medication to get relief from the anxiety symptoms and also get concerned counselling sessions to develop coping strategies.
You will feel much better in few weeks time and you may be taking medication for maintenance for 3-6 months. This will make sure you stay mentally healthy for a long long time.
All the best.
