Canker sore inside mouth
I am having sores all over in my mouth. I have just recovered from covid. These sores are growing all over my mouth. I am attaching picture as well. Let me know if this is something severe.

canker sore
seems like a oral ulcer only.
its usuaully due to broad spectrum antibiotics u were taking for covid recovery. indly consult with ur history about following:
1. are they painful
2. how severe is the pain
3. are they sensitive to spicy food also
4. are they increasing in size and number
