Hi What's your weight and height? As u said u have multiple problems first I recommend you to proper checkup ur parameters and send to me. I will see n plan a diet for nine months because u need proper balanced and nutritious diet plan keep in mind all ur problems. Why u want to have chia seeds? Green tea and warm water is ok. Your main focus should be on pregnancy not weight loss. Foods that r not allowed in thyroid don't take but proper healthy nutrition u need.
